Paragon Cavo pedals (inspired by the Italian word meaning concave) deliver exactly what the hardcore flatlander needs. Crafted from 3D-printed carbon fiber nylon, these pedals have excellent strength, a grippy texture, and allow for easy pivoting.
The shin friendly platform has a 4mm dished center that lets your shoe sink in and connect with the pedal, and also features lightweight titanium spindles. Weighing in at 290g per pair, you get the Holy Trinity: light weight, simplicity, and strength.
